Justice Dept., 1873, 3¢-10¢ 15¢-90¢ values (O27-O29, O31-O34), set with matching violet "Solicitor of the Treasury" oval favor postmarks, 30¢ has stitch watermark, 90¢ has the double plate scratch variety. 15¢ with pulled perf ending in a tiny surface scrape. F.-V.F. and rare.
