The cover was carried outside the mails to Philadelphia where it was dropped at the Telegraph Despatch office for delivery. Contents comprises an order for zinc, tin, and brass from the Philadelphia metal supplier, Nathan Trotter & Co., a firm that was eastablished in 1792 and is still in the same business today.
