Due to bad weather, the pilot was delayed in Karibib until 22 May. The awaiting mail in Karibib had already been cancelled on the 19th and had a three-line airmail cachet applied in blue in anticipation of an uninterrupted continuation of the flight. With the delay, more mail was accepted, and these cards cancelled between 19-21 May with a second type airmail cachet applied.
