Lincoln portrait in oval and mourning border around envelope (Milgram AL-365), with leaves added around portrait, design in black, bearing 3¢ rose (65) tied by "New Berne N.C. May 31" duplex on cover addressed to soldier in Co. B 200 Regt. Pa. Vols. in Washington D.C.; slight soiling and barely reduced a bit at left, Fine and desirable design.
