Collector's duplicates, 1893- 1920, approximately 150 items, assembled many years ago by a quality conscious collector, and these are items that had been upgraded, virtually all original gum and even a few never hinged, strength in early commems, excellent bureau and Washington-Franklin issues, possibly a few flaws and maybe a reperf or two, but overwhelmingly F-VF with many Very Fine or Extremely Fine examples, two certs accompany.
