Canada, 1868, 1¢ brown red pair and 3¢ red (22, 25), tied by two strikes oval grid "10" on cover from Whites Cove, N.B. to Fredericton, N.B., postmarked W.O. (Way Office) Whites Cove broken circle with manuscript date "1 Dec/68" and blue manuscript "Reg to no 61", backstamped Gagetown Dec 1 and Fredericton Dec 4; stamps with slight faults, otherwise fresh and Very Fine.

The oval grid "10" that had been used in Dalhousie prior to the Dominion was transferred to the Whites Cove way office.
