Canada, 1868, 1¢ brown red pair and 3¢ red (22, 25), pen cancelled and tied by three of four strikes Halifax, Nova Scotia broken circle, March 19, 1869, on orange cover to New Glasgow, N.S. with manuscript "Registered", no backstamps, small piece out of 3¢ at left, otherwise Very Fine, probably sent in a green wrapper/receipt, hence the lack of REGISTERED handstamp and backstamp.
