Canada, 1868-71, 2¢ green and 3¢ pale rose (24, 37a), tied by light strikes 2-ring "34" on cover from Chatham, N.B. to Oak Point, N.B., postmarked red "REGISTERED/P.O. CHATHAM" broken circle, May 1, 1871, no backstamps; cover a bit worn but scarce marking, cover probably enclosed in a green envelope/receipt thus accounting for the lack of another registered number or a backstamp.
