Canada, Balance of the Harrison Registered Cover Collection, about 65 domestic registered covers, spanning the period from 1855 to 1877. Included among the stamped covers are three 3d beavers, 9 covers bearing various values of the first decimal issue, three covers bearing a 2¢ large queen and a 3¢ small queen, 12 small queen covers, and four 3¢ Nesbitt entires, all tracing the evolution of postal rates up until 1875 when the use of the registered letter stamp became mandatory on all registered mail. The collection is mounted and painstakingly written-up on about 50 pages as taken from Harrison's exhibit. A tremendous lot for the student or exhibitor.
