Canada, 1859, 12½¢ yellow green (18), tied on cover from Pembroke, U.C. to London by one of two strikes Pembroke broken circle, June 8, 1864 with black straight line "REGISTERED", backstamped Arnprior, U.C. June 8, Montreal June 10; frontstamped two red REGISTERED/LONDON locals on June 22 and 23, the latter also tying the stamp, vertical file fold, not affecting stamp, and minor wear, a Fine and rare usage, only four such frankings recorded with the 12½¢ postage paid by stamp and the 12½¢ registry fee paid in cash.
