France, 1863 typographed 15¢ black (Ceres T3B) block of eight, large to clear margins on three sides, lower right stamp touched, three stamps affected by small spike holes (not mentioned on accompanying certificate), on 1868 (Aug. 4) front, neatly tied by "Blois/(40)" arrival c.d.s. and showing oval "BM" (Boîte Mobile) handstamp, representing triple postage between bureaus for this letter posted in a mobile box, spectacular showpiece, the largest recorded block of the 15 centimes on cover/front.
