Algeria, 1918 (Jan. 18) 10c postal stationery envelope used locally in Oran, showing unframed "T" handstamp and bearing Oran Provisional "chiffre taxe/à percevoir" overprint in carmine on 10c violet (Cérès T1a), tied by "Oran - R.P./Oran" c.d.s. (Jan. 19), envelope a little roughly opened at top and with central vertical filing fold, the stamp is Very Fine, rare. Yvert €20,000 ($21,600).
