D3) pair and 1902-04 1/- emerald green (S.G. D19) pair (applied with one stamp defective) tied by "Hobart/Tasmania" c.d.s., envelope has small spike hole, rare high value franking representing bulk charge for letters (the top one in the batch attracting the Postage Dues).
