Papua New Guinea, 1928 (Feb. 13) cover from Bath to Port Moresby (Apr. 12), posted unfranked, showing origin c.d.s., octagonal "T/30/134" and oval "Tax 3d." handstamp, bearing 3d black and blue green (S.G. 98c) applied as Due and tied by "Port Moresby/Papua" c.d.s., envelope a little roughly opened at back nevertheless rare use as Due on cover contrary to regulations since Papua normally utilized postage receipts.
