China, 1914 large part back of cover to Ningpo (July), bearing Junk 1c for domestic postage (underpaid by 2 cents) with Junk 1c and 4c overprinted in manuscript with red ink "Postal/due/stamp" by postmaster during the few day shortage of Postage Due stamps and tied by bilingual "Ningpo" c.d.s., showing unframed "T" handstamp adjacent, very rare, believed unique (not recorded by Paul Chang).
