Colombia, 1865 (c.) cover front to Bogota, showing oval "Cali/Franca" origin handstamp in green with "Franca" deleted, endorsed "Cobrese a los destinarios" (Collect from the addressee) in the same hand, with matching handstruck "15" (Due), and bearing 1865 5c orange and 20c blue diagonal bisect applied as Dues, well tied by exceptional "De Officio/Bogota" handstamp in blue, showing matching unframed "Debe" handstamp adjacent, extremely fine and a truly wonderful usage of classic Colombia.
