Packet c.d.s., Feb 24, backstamped Halifax Feb 5, Devenport upon arrival Feb 25, with an additional Devenport duplex tying the stamp on Feb 26 upon forwarding, and finally backstamped Cheltenham, Feb 27; tiny sealed tear in stamp, Very Fine and unusual.
