Canada, 1908, 50¢ purple (95), Fine centering, tied by Toronto, Station C c.d.s., June 6, 1910, along with 5¢ blue (91) on 1899 2¢ on 3 ¢ postal entire to Detroit, Mich., backstamped Detroit June 7; the 5¢ pair serves no purpose and intact was previously used, but since the correct 7¢ postage was paid with the entire and the 5¢ stamp, the post office obligingly cancelled the pair again. Very Fine and most unusual.
