South West Africa, 1930 1d black & carmine, "S.W.A." overprint, top stamps without overprint (97d var.), top marginal block of six (2x3) containing two vertical pairs, the top stamps without the overprint. O.g., lightly hinge in the selvedge only, stamps never hinged. Fine and rare. Quite undercatalogued as only one sheet is known. SG 59b, 59c.
