3¢ Green, Die 3 on Blue (U170), used entire, size 10, with 4/4/82 Burlington, Vt. cancel, U.P.S.S. # 451 ($7,500.00), sealed backflap tears as well as a small 5mm one at the top centere edge, however it is quite sound for this great rarity of which perhaps ten are known from the Burlington find, Very Fine for the issue.
