Scott $4,000

Expertization: 1989 P.F. Certificate.

One of the two rarest of the Guam overprints, the 10¢ type II is a stamp that is rarely found fresh, or sound, or even well centered. So we were hardly surprised to discover that this example is, by far the finest mint single certified by the Philatelic Foundation.
