1906, 1¢ blue green, imperf (314), bottom sheet margin block of 44 with imprint and plate #3365 used on, and completely covering, the reverse of a 1¢ entire (U352) sent registered from Washington D.C. to Germany via New York, cancelled by multiple strikes Washington and by N.Y. Foreign Registry Division (Feb 9, 1908) double ovals with an exchange office registry label applied in N.Y., manuscript registration number "3138" and green "10" (weight?) have been erased, the names of the sender and the addressee have been obliterated, flaws around the edges of the block as would be expected; nonetheless a marvelous usage representing the largest known used multiple of this stamp. The 45¢ postage represents 11x the U.P.U. rate plus 10¢ for registration.
