1852, 1¢ blue, type IV (9), horizontal strip of three, ample margins except barely touched two places in left stamp, tied by Green "Jackson Mi. Mar. 3" c.d.s. on Buchanan-Carroll cover to New Orleans, postmark repeated at far left; cover with small waters taining at top left edge and left stamp with nearly invisible pinhole and tiny gum stain in margin, right pair is Very Fine, Green postmarks on the 1c 1851 are very rare.
