1851-52, 3¢ brownish carmine (11), four singles, each with large margins to cutting, each tied by "New-York Oct. 5" c.d.s. on cover a Capt. Folsom, San Francisco, manuscript. "per Georgia," in corner, sensibly folded at sides, Fine double 6c rate. The Georgia slight, almost imperceptible led on Oct. 5, 1852, connecting with the Tennessee at Chagres.
