Jul. 6" c.d.s. on cover to Cataract House, Niagara Falls, N.Y., the sender forgetting this was on the Canadian Sieger de, U.S. office rated this short paid with S/L "CANADA 10 Cts." and then re-rated as overweight with manuscript. "2" over "1", though the Canadian office considered this single weight with blue "U. States/ 6d" in arc clearly struck, Very Fine, excellent usage.
