"March 6" written over 3c, stamps put on after latter was written, 3c additionally tied by red "United States 6d" in oval; top 3c creased before use, Windsor, St. Johns and Montreal backstamps; cover with some edge wear at top including. small stain in TL corner, Fine usage.
