1851, 1¢ blue, type II (7), horizontal pair, huge margins three sides showing parts of four adjoining stamps, touched to cutting at left, tied by New Orleans c.d.s. and red Calais postmark. on Feb. 1856 circular to Germany, blue framed "Printed Circular" at le faint, pair with scissors cut at bottom right entirely in margin, Very Fine usage, the right 1c being Extremely Fine.
