Apr. 6 & 7th postmarks folded cover to Paris, France, mailed shortly after the end of the Three Months period, "3 New York Apr. 15" debit pmk., ms. "15" written at TR, "8" decimes due hs ties 3c; portion of back removed, Very Fine usage.
