1861, 10¢ yellow green (68), three singles, used with 12c Black (69) and 2c Black (73) on double rate folded cover to Lima Peru, originally rated 22c with stamps at right tied by targets and matching San Francisco 1865 pmk., additional stamps added at left, Panama transit, red "24" British credit and large "2" indicating double rate, blue merchant's oval in corner, Lima receiving pmk. on back; 2c with small perf flaws from placement at edge. Very Fine usage.
