1863, 5¢ brown (76), horizontal strip of four with nat. s.e. at left, deep shade and excellent impression, canceled by blue targets. on cover with straddle single 3c Rose (65) at left with matching target and tied by bold manuscript. "No. 7 Registered", cle ar "Rochester Ill. Jan. 29" c.d.s., left 5c with two ink spots, one of which ties strip, Fine and very scarce usage.
