"X" on registered cover to Papeete, Tahiti, readdressed to Taiohae, Marquesas, bold Brigham Utah Registered postmark with 4/28/99 date in ms., San Francisco registry label a t BL, reverse with S.F. oval and Papeete c.d.s., ms. "small picture enclosed" at top, an additional 3c stamp is missing otherwise a Very Fine usage.
