Guam, 1899, 10¢ Special Delivery, type II with dots in arch (E1 var), tied by Agana, Island of Guam c.d.s., Nov. 20, 1901, along with a 2¢ red (2), on cover to Everett, Wash.,backstamped Manila, Philippines transit c.d.s. Dec. 20 and Everett Jan. 3; the stamp is poorly centered as usual but a fresh, Very Fine and exceedingly rare usage; a must-have cover for the Guam specialist.
