U.S. Postal Stationery with Private Printed Western Franks, group of 37 mint entires with mostly Wells Fargo & Co. franks but also a few Bamber & Co. and Northern Pacific Express which are mostly all individually plastic sleeved, retail priced and identified by both the Scott and Haller catalogues. Some better issues are present including. #U62 (2), U67a (used), U70 and U198, some usual flaws (U67a creased at left) but mostly F-VF, useful dealer's lot.
