"smiling George" recut, pos. 23 in the UL pane of E.E. plate no. 21423 in plate block of 12 with another plate block of 12 from the same position prior to recutting. O.g., never hinged. Normal block with paper adhering to back. Very Fine. A scarce, seldom seen variety.
