1930, 1½¢ brown (684 var.), B margin block of 6 with two extra rows of horizontal perforations between the two rows of stamps, one row of extra perfs is visible (blind) at the bottom, while the second extra row would have come down off the sheet. O.g., never hinged (gum skip). Very Fine. triple perfs are rarely seen on rotary press stamps.
