Dec 16, 1908, red Chicago transit c.d.s. Dec 17 and London, Ont. backstamp Dec 18, five Cuban and Guadeloupe stamps used by collector to "seal" the flaps; vertical file fold not affecting stamps, F-VF, a spectacular double rate franking with 8¢ for registration.
