1908, 1¢-4¢ Washington-Franklins, imperf (343-346), singles of the 1¢ 3¢ and 4¢ strip of 3 of the 2¢ tied by Toledo, Ohio ovals on registered cover to Germany, magenta Toledo pmks April 20, 1910, New York exchange office registry label and oval transit backstamp April 21, stamp dealer's corner card, sealing tape which covered the flap has been removed, apparently along with any German markings, F-VF, double the 2¢ treaty rate plus 10¢ for registration.
