1909, 4¢ orange brown, imperf (346), block of four with large margins tied by blurred Long Beach, Cal. ovals on regsitered cover to Pontiac, Mich., postmarked June 6, 1910, no Pontiac markings except three different red manuscript registry numbers indicating two unsuccessful delivery attempts, manuscript "not at home, 6/11/10 Paul S"; some edge wrinkling indiciating thick contents that necessitated triple rate postage of 6¢ plus 10¢ for registration.
