BOURNE, QUE. c.d.s.s., Sept 2, 1887, backstamped Sea Post Office Sept 22, Umballa Oct 7, and Kasauli Oct 8; flap opened roughly but all marking intact, F-VF cover showing the 5¢+5¢ U.P.U. rate to the so-called "B" countries, mainly in Asia and Africa, that was in effect in Jan 1, 1892.
