The Begian Congo collection appears complete except for three minor stamps, Belgium except for a couple unimportant stamps appears complete to 2000 including (mint, unless otherwise noted) 1-8 used, 39, used, 121, 135-37, 170 sheet of 25, B34-37, B68-77 overprinted Orval, B114-22, B132-43 used, B152a-53a sheets, not complete but quite comprehensive Parcel Posts, condition somewhat mixed on earlies, but overall F-VF.
