1¢ Buff (112), a couple blunt perforations were affixed at edge of envelope, tied in combination with pair 3¢ ultramarine (#114) to 1870 cover to Creuzburg, Germany by blue "Cincinnati O Jun 2" postmarks, red "Bremen Franco" boxed handstamp also tying 3¢ pair, red "New York Paid All Jun 4" exchange datestamp, 1870 arrival backstamp, the 7¢ Bremen Mails rate went into effect on July 2, 1870 but was announced before, this rate was in effect for only 11 months, flap tear. Very Fine.
