2¢ Brown (113), tied to small Newark, New Jersey local use cover with "Box 582" etiquette label at left, label has manuscript correction of town name, although cover has an uncancelled 3¢ ultramarine (#114) on reverse the stamp was apparently not seen by the post office as "Held for Postage" handstamp was applied, "Newark NJ May 18" postmark. Very Fine.
