3¢ Ultramarine (114), two horizontal strips of three, right strip with marginal arrow at right, tied to by bluish "Cincinnati O Apr 28" postmarks to cover to Denmark, prepaid so that it could go at either 18¢ or 13¢ rates in effect in 1870, sent via North German Union mails with red "New York Paid All Direct Apr 30"exchange backstamp, red "Bremen Franco" boxed 1870 datestamp, red "2½" handstamp over red "4" handstamp and "Weiterfr. 1 Sgr" (paid beyond) handstamp, Copenhagen arrival backstamp, minor stamp and cover edge faults. A Very Fine usage.
