10¢ Yellow (116), tied in combination with 24¢ gray lilac "F" grill (#99) to cover to Singapore by cross cancel and "New Bedford Mass Oct 2" postmark, addressed to the Captain of Bark Kathleen, correctly prepaid for 34¢ British mail rate via Southampton that was in effect from January, 1868 to January, 1870, red "New York Paid All Br Transit Oct 5" exchange backstamp, red "24" credit handstamp, London Paid transit, "Singapore A DE 9 69" arrival backstamp and "1d" due handstamp, 24¢ perfs clipped at left prior to use, cover reduced at left. A Very Fine usage.
