12¢ Green (117), two copies used with single 1¢ buff (#112, tiny tear) on 1870 cover to Rosario, Argentina, "Cambridge Mass Feb 21" origin postmark, prepaid at 25¢ rate by American packet connecting with French packet at Rio de Janeiro but route changed in January, 1870 to connection with British packet at reduced 18¢ rate, red "8" handstamp and "10" crayon due, cover edge wear. A Very Fine usage.
