15¢ Brown & blue, type II (119), tied in combination with 3¢ green (#147) to apparently registered cover by bold barrel illustrated fancy cancel (unlisted in Skinner-Eno) duplexed with "Bloomsburg Pa Oct 10" postmark, original 1870 letter, sheetlet of 6 seals affixed at left, an exception usage of a fancy cancel on this stamp. Very Fine.
