15¢ brown & blue, re-issue (129), bright dark colors, tied to 10¢ brown entire (#U189) to Vienna, Austria by "New York Reg" registry oval postmark, registry label at left and "New York Reg'y Div 4-9-1884" postmark, "Wien 20/4 84" arrival backstamps, upper left corner of envelope front has been expertly restored. Extremely Fine appearance, there are four reported examples of this stamp on cover.
