York N.Y. May 2" c.d.s. at far right, red "Colonies &c. Art. 13" boxed handstamp and bold black Boulogne-S-Mer c.d.s., manuscript 20 decimes due, London, Paris and Bordeaux backstamps; first line of address originally struck out in pen and mostly removed, Very Fine, very rare with this numeral handstamp used with an adhesive.
