1869, 15¢ brown & blue, type I, without grill (118a), nicely centered and with the deep color characteristic of the ungrilled type I stamp. Large part o.g. Small, innocuous ink stain in top margin, inconsequential corner perf creases upper right and lower right corners, couple nibbed perfs at upper left. Otherwise fresh and Very Fine. A very attractive example of this rare stamp.
