1861, 3¢ pink on orange (U37), mint entire, size 7, U.P.S.S. #84 ($8000), exceedingly strong embossing, fresh paper for this issue which is very prone to discoloration. Two reverse paper h.r.s, small flap edge thin. Otherwise an Extremely Fine rarity of which the U.P.S.S. reports only about ten to fifteen known.
